Create an account

Create a client account by filling in the online form.
Accept the General Terms and Conditions. Accepting our GTCs constitutes a contractual link and a formal engagement between the client and GOLDBROKER LTD.

Before you can place your first order, you must verify your profile by providing the following supporting documents:

Choose a product in the shop, then select an available packaging according to the desired service.

Indicate the quantity to be ordered and add the products to your cart.

Check the content of your cart before clicking "Validate my cart".

To lock in your purchase price, a credit card imprint is required: enter your card details and click “Place my order”.

Your card will not be charged, except in case of cancellation, where fees may apply.

Price is locked for 3 minutes, after which your cart updates to the latest market price.

Instructions for paying the total amount of your order by bank transfer will be provided on the confirmation page.

Proceed with the transfer from your online banking or physical branch. Please send us a proof of transaction within 2 business days.

Online payment by bank card is available for orders below $5,000.

For orders greater than or equal to $95,000 (storage) / $20,000 (shipping) or containing a 1000 ounces silver bar:

• Add products to your cart by selecting the service and packaging of your choice
• Click "Ask for quote"

Our team will send you a quote as soon as possible, as well as additional information to place your order.

Upon receipt of payment, you will be notified via the secure messaging of your client area.

Our team will immediately process your order and organize the transfer of your metals to the storage vaults.

For shipping, your package will be prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
