In order to consolidate its rapid growth in Europe, Goldbroker.com/OR.FR is seeking a bright and self-motivated individual for the role of Executive Assistant at the company's London office.
The Assistant's primary remit is to work directly with the Director and act as a point of contact between the partners and the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, independant, autonomous, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
- Education: Bachelor-level
- Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum
- Languages: English, French
- International experience
- Skills: Management, calendaring, organization skills, office software, confidentiality, communication, proactive monitoring, skilled multi-tasker, legal issues, writing
